• What is Hanteo?
Hanteo Charts are a record of individual album sales from approved stores and websites. In KPop, Hanteo charts are used more than Gaon for performance stage votes on the network circuit (such as Inkigayo, Show Champion, and so on).

• Difference between Hanteo and Gaon:
~ Hanteo monitors real-time sales reported by stores. However only stores affiliated with them are counted so it doesn't represent total sales.
~ Gaon counts the total number of albums 'shipped' according to the record labels and distributors. They may be adjusted monthly/year-end sales depending on returns. (Source: Reddit).

• CURRENT GOALS:
~ First day - 200K
~ First week - 300K

• What is Stock Pre-order?

The number of stock pre-orders is the amount of album stock that is produced prior to an album’s release. This number is the estimated demand calculated using various factors, including how many albums were pre-ordered by fans.

• Why is the goal for the Pre-order is at 300,000 only?

~ The goal discussed for the Pre-order numbers is just a minimum goal for the album.
~ We all know that BELIFT confirmed ENHYPEN comeback on Late April so we decided the goal by considering the period of time that we'll have as well.
~ We have less than 3 weeks only to Pre-order since the comeback is on April 26th..
~ This goal will not limit on how many Pre-orders the next album will get. It's now up to ENGENES. Use 300,000 goal as your minimum goal and surpass it.

The YouTube goals were carefully selected based on our debut numbers in conjunction with our current streaming rate and analysis of comeback MV views for similarly performing artists.
(The latter was needed because we don’t yet have a precedent as this is ENHYPEN’s very 1st comeback)

Current views: 35M / 4+ months
G-T daily streaming rate: 95k-120k
ENHYPEN official daily average views: 500k-1M

Moreover, for Given-Taken we recorded 9,388,226 views and Let Me In (20 Cube) with 2,586,718 views for the first 24 hours. The goals set were 20M views and 7M views respectively, and unfortunately we could not reach any of those.

We also considered the prospects of getting ENHYPEN their very first music show win and after thorough research, we found out that achieving 20M within 14 days along with maximized digital efforts on K-streaming platforms would provide us a high enough score that ensures that.

With these numbers in mind, along with considering the overall morale of ENGENES- we collectively decided that a range of 7-10M in the first 24 hours was a realistic, reachable goal- however, we will be so proud of this fandom if we can surpass that. We look forward to ENGENES working together to give the comeback MV the highest results possible.

ENHYPEN’s numbers on Spotify have been impressive, so we wanted to pursue a challenging goal that would put them amidst the top-performing kpop acts on Spotify.
Based on trend analysis of the Spotify Global 200 Chart, it would be unlikely for them to chart if they do not reach a minimum of 650K filtered streams^, thus our goal of 700K unfiltered streams, if achieved, also provides a chance for them to chart.

^There is no numbered requirement for the chart, however around 650K so far has been an average lowest observed number for the bottom of said chart.
The number of streams necessary to chart on the Spotify Global 200 varies daily based on songs’ performance that specific day, new releases / holidays / specific events, etc.

What are Billboard charts?

Billboard charts sort out the weekly popularity of songs and albums mainly in the United States and elsewhere. These charts are mainly categorized into: Song charts, album charts, and artist charts.
Tracking week for sales and streams begins on Friday and ends on Thursday, whereas tracking of radio plays runs from Monday to Sunday. New weekly charts are being released every Tuesday.

-Song Charts
Billboard charts such as the Hot 100, Global 200, World Digital Song Sales, etc., are classified as song charts. These charts tabulate songs according to weekly popularity.
Most song charts only tally the data from the U.S.-based activities, meaning, sales & streams outside the US will not be counted; whereas notable that the new charts, namely Global 200 incl. and excl. U.S., tabulates top songs based on streaming and sales activity from more than 200 countries – including and excluding the U.S. respectively.
Main/general criteria for song charts: Song sales (iTunes, Amazon, etc.) + Streams (Spotify, YouTube, Pandora, Tidal, Apple Music, etc.) + radio airplay (+ Shazams)

-Album Charts
Billboard charts such as Billboard 200, World Albums, Heatseekers, Top Album Sales, etc., are classified as album charts. These charts tabulate albums and EPs according to weekly popularity.
Most album charts only tally the data from the U.S.-based activities, meaning, sales & streams outside the US will not be counted.

Main/general criteria for album charts:
Album sales (Digital and Physical)
Digital: iTunes, Amazon, etc.
10 song sales = 1 whole album sale
Physical: Weverse USA, Amazon, Target, Collector’s Choice, Barnes&Noble, etc.)

Streams (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, Tidal, Pandora, etc.)
1,250 paid streams = 1 album sale/unit
3,750 free/ad-supported streams = 1 album sale/unit

-Artist Charts
Billboard charts such as Emerging Artists, Artist 100, Social 50, etc., are classified as artist charts. These charts tabulate artists according to weekly popularity and how their songs/albums performed on other charts.

Billboard goals for ENHYPEN’s first comeback were determined through a trend analysis, wherein we considered how the debut album performed on various Billboard charts, together with other factors such as the album distribution in the U.S., possible price range, shipments, and streaming capacity of ENGENEs especially those who are based in the United States.
